I’ve been playing and recording music in some capacity since I was a teenager. Being mostly self taught has allowed me to walk the less beaten paths and experiment.
From recording my first band with a cheap boombox, to figuring out how get the most out of a rented cassette 4 track that had no manual, to laying down tracks digitally, I’ve always enjoyed finding creative ways to work with what I had on hand.
With the advent of technology, it’s easier than ever to record studio quality music from home. However, too much choice can lead to feeling overwhelmed.
My hope is to show that it is possible that you don’t have to break the bank to create something wonderful.
